Marinade

2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced
6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
2 tablespoons any flavor pepper jelly (or substitute with 1 tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes)
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 shakes Tabasco
1 tablespoon sweet chile sauce
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
