Cucumber Martini

This is, by far, my favorite martini. Refreshing, not too sweet, and summery, it is perfect for mixing up a large batch and serving it for your next cocktail party. You can pre-mix and refrigerate it up to 4 hours in advance.

Cucumber Martini

4-6 martinis, depending on glass size

¾ cup fresh cucumber juice, peeled
¾ cup pineapple juice
½ cup St. Germain
½ cup simple syrup
½ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1½ cups vodka
lots of ice

Optional garnish
cucumber or lemon peel

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pitcher.

  2. Fill a martini shaker with ice and shake. Pour into chilled martini glasses. Serve and enjoy!
